Help needed. RFE issued today -RD Nov 22, 2001...

Hello all,

I checked online just now and an RFE has been issued today Apr 10, 2003. My wife's case status remains same before (recd. finger printn....blah)

Guys - couple of questions,

- Any idea who would receive the RFE notice - lawyer or myself ?

- Any idea what may be the RFE for ?

- Can someone who got approved thru RFE, provide the 'employment letter format'. (want to prepare just in case)

- and last any other inputs/comments are welcome.

Eventually, you will be supplying the answers.. even to UR lawyer, so just relax. You have all answers. Imagine these questions are not tied to GC, what would be UR answers? Write them down.... then give it to BCIS

U will be approved....

Here are the answers for some of your questions.

1. RFE will be received only by your Lawyer.
2. Most RFE's will be Employment based. Some Medical related.
3. Employment letter: Current Title, Prospects of Employment, Salary and Duties etc.

Hi Guys,
Just ignore this 1amShantanu guy. He is the joker of this forum.
He is probably on bench ( No wonder that nobody wants to hire this guy). That's why he finds all the time in the world to
reply to each and every post.
This is a serious forum, meant for highly educated, intelligent and
serious guys. But unfortunately, we see some mentally retarded
guys here.
 
So what was the RFE for? Was it by chance for tax returns of prior year(s)? How did you responed to it? i.e. What documents did you submit?
