Help Needed Regarding Ead/ap

I would like to apply for EAD/AP on my own. I called INS National Customer Service Center for Infomation.

I was told to send EAD form to CSC
US INS CSC
PO Box 107695
Laguna Niguel
CA 92607

with following Documents
- Copy Of Receipt
- Copy of I94 front and back
- 2 photos
- $ 100 Check

Apply AP personally in local office in
300 N Los Angeles St.
LOS Angeles
CA 90012
- Copy Of Receipt
- Copy of I94 front and back
- 2 photos
- $ 95 Check

But I though I can mail both of these to CSC.

Can some one give me more information, can i send both by mail instead of going to local office.

Unless you have an emergency to travel abroad, you
should file AP to CSC, not local office.
