Gurus,
This is what I received from USCIS:
------------------------------------------------------------------
submit a currently issued letter or other evidence from the prospective permanent employer that indicates your current position, if any, your proffered position, and proffered wage and indicating that the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist.
------------------------------------------------------------------

Has anyone received similar to this? Can some one please provide me with a draft or format to reply this query?

helpppppp

Thank you in advance.

you mean Emplyment Verification Letter?
then what to answer for "... proffered wage and indicating that the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist."

Hi gimmeabreak,

If u have changed your employer submit a EVL with your salary, duties and title. Keep all as close to the original petition as possible. If u have not changed employers just get your HR to send a letter saying the terms & conditions of employement remain the same as submitted with the immigrant petition(I140). You dont have to write a detailed letter if u have not changed employers.

Cheers

I have received the same RFE. Do you mean if we have changed employer there is no need to add line saying "the terms & conditions of employement remain the same as submitted with the immigrant petition(I140)."

What i meant was if u have changed employer the new emp letter should list all the conditions as stated in the 140 petition excplicitly. In case u havent changed employers u only have to make a refrence to the immigrant petition and say the conditions remain the same.

Thanks

Tanjar, thanks for the reply; the reason I asked for inputs was, my attorny is taking time to format the letter so that I can forward that to my employer to issue the letter.
Thanks again.

Tanjar is right on the dot. You need to make sure the letter basically says the stuff that is on your labor explicitly. Good Luck...
