Hi All,

I have two questions on filling N400 form.

1) Regarding the employment: In the form it is asking to fill all the employers for whom I have worked in the last five years along with the dates. My problem is after leaving my old employer I was working on a part-time as needed basis for few hours (worked in 2002 and 2003) for them while working full time with other employer, and during this time I have not kept track of the exact dates and also I had shreded the pay stubs from them. Is it ok if I just specify the year without specifying the month on the form,as I have all the tax records with me.

2) Regarding the children: In the form it is asking to list all the children, even if they are dead. My wife had a miscarage last year and we lost the baby, do we need to specify this on the form or ignore it.

Any help on the above two questions is very much appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

1. I would do the best I can remembering the last month you worked for them. In my opinion you do not have to list all ther specific dates in between.
2. Sorry about your loss. If you do not have a birth certificate and a death certificate for the baby I would not include this child.

My opinion only.
