Help needed in filling AR-11 Form

I'm filling out AR-11 form now. Pls anyone answer my questions.
My RD is Aug 2002.

1. I am in the united States as
a. Visitor
b. Student
c. Permanent Resident
d. other ..... Specify
What is the answer for this??.. Should i say Other and specify AOS??..

2. IF not a permanent Resident, my stay in the US Expires on??..
Should i mention my H1B(I-94) expiration date??..I haven't used EAD yet.

For ur 1st question, you should state Adjustment of status.

I'm not sure about the 2nd question, since you havent used ur EAD. If EAD expiry date is latter than the H1b expiry date, it would be logical to give that, in my opinion.

Mention H1 because you have only applied for adjustment. What you are is what status you are working in right now. If you are using ead..then maybe you could write AOS

The date that H1 ends. That is what my lawyer said.
My view only. Confirm before using the info.

Ans:
When you are on AOS and in US your stay does not expire unless you are on removel procedure.
Leave it blank.

I did this. I am getting communications (including EAD approvals) from INS to new the address.
( NO LAWYER involved to make things complicated )
