help needed in address issue URGENT

Hi All

Please help me with this question,

I\'am working in a company \'ABC\' but i\'am out of project for the past three months, and I\'am planning to move from PA to VA.

if i update my address with INS of the new location though not with a job, and in a couple of months if i\'am relocated by my company with a job ...

My question to all is
1)is it ok with INS, if i move to any new location even without a project
and still update the address?

2)if i get a project in a new location XYZ can we Still use \'VA\' address even though we are not living there?

I am almost in the same situation. This month I moved from Addr1 to Addr2(with out a project) and possibly will be moving to Addr3 when I get a project/job.
I didn\'t update INS yet, just waiting to do that in a month or two
to avoid unnecessary problems. In my case all INS communication (like receipts, FP) came to lawyer.

FP notices got forwarded to my new address by post office and lawyer also sent them to me. I used old address for FP.

If you have some one to handle your mail in your old address you can wait before doing address change.
