Help needed for L1 Visa

Hello

I am a kenyan citizen on H1B visa. I came to usa in 2005 and did my MBA, and got my H1B this year. working in USA.

My parents have business in Kenya. and i want to get an L1 visa and start the business branch here as well. (resturant) But I heard that u have to work abroad in last 3 years to get L1 visa. Can you please let me know if I can apply for the visa and be able to do business?

You should have been working in a foreign branch / entity of a US company in a foreign country (Kenya in your case), for that company to apply a L-1 visa. This does not seem to apply in your case.
 
L1

L1 is a intra company Transfer. Your employer must have presence in US and Kenya and you should have worked with the Kenya office for over 12 Months without any gap. 12 Consecutive Pay stubs is primary requirement.

I am not sure if you can come here are open a restaurant etc.
