Yo may be aware my case approved last month (RD Nov 29th 2001). I have two urgent questions, can someone please answer:

1. The online status for myself and my wife says case approved, but nothing about card ordered. My case was approved on May 27th, but so far card was not ordered. Do I need to call BCIS about this issue or is it normal. I inderstand currently cards are received in one month time after approval.

2. My kids received the cards and before that their status changed to card ordered. But not so good news is that the photos of my kids got interchanged in their cards. What a confusion. Do I need to call Vermont or visit my local INS center. Is it common for such mistakes from BCIS. Anybody with similar experience.

Can someone please advice.

usually, the online message will be changed to card order in about one month when you have your passport stamped. When did you have your PP stamped?

My passport was stamped on 13th of this month. I am also concerned about the interchange of pictures for my kids. Anyone with similar problem, please post.
