Help Needed. Do I need Valid I-94 to leave US?

My I-94 expired Aug 9 2001. But I applied for Adjustment of Status on June 29, 2001. I have a valid EAD and AP.

If I need to travel by the end of this month, Do I need Valid I-94?. If so, how can I get the new I-94 card?. Is is through local INS?

Rajesh, Just submit your I-94 to the immigration. Since you are on 485 before the expiry you are fully in status. While coming back use your AP and they will give you a new I-94. Have a nice trip
