Help needed
Hi friends,
I applied for I-485 with my wife and two children. I have received the receipts from VSC. When I look at the type of application I have noticed that my receipt reads " Adjustment as direct beneficiary of immigrant
petition" , which is OK. For my wife and son also, the receipts read
" Adjustment as direct beneficiary of immigrant petition"
Only my daughter got the category specified as " Derivative Adjustment". I guess my wife and son also should have the same classification as my daughter (being my dependents). I asked my paralegal. She thinks that\'s not a problem.
Gurus!!!! Has anybody got the similar problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.
