helo,i hope som1 can help me in this forum,
my bro is a green card holder he petitioned for me time ago and now it is under process but whenever i see the case status it is the same from the first day.the avg processing time was of 16 months and now that 22 months are about to pass,can any body tel me what step shud i take.moreover at the bottom it is written that expiry date is of 6-30-2012.
moreover my priority date is 6 oct 2006.any body knows what prioritydates are currently being processed?

Second, if you want a substantive answer, you need to explain your situation much more clearly and carefully.

You say that your "bro is a green card holder" and that "he petitioned for me time ago".
Presumably by "petition" you mean filed I-130 with you as the beneficiary, but you must have gotten something wrong here.
GC holders cannot file I-130 for their siblings (brothers and sisters). Only actual U.S. citizens are eligible to file I-130 for theirs siblings.

So what exactly are you talking about in your post? Who filed I-130 for you and in which category?
