Help needed badly

My wife who is holding Canadian Permanent papers visited US on March 10th 2003. At that time there were no visas to visit US. So , she came in with out visa or stamped on her passport. I (her husband) have US Green Card and working in US right now. I came to knew that from March 17th 2003 non residents needs a visa to enter US. I have applied I-130 for her in US on September 2002. I afraid that, if she go back to Canada

How long can she stay in US now?
will there be any problem at the boarder?
Can she be able to come to US again?
Can she be able to get a visa to visit me?

I heard that if I file a petition in US for my wife she can not get any visa to enter US, is this true? What happens if she don’t go back to Canada and stays with me until she gets her Green card? I have applied citizenship in US for myself and completed fingerprints.

Has any body know how long it takes to get citizen ship after finger prints in Nebraska Service center?

Is there any way that my wife can stay in US with me?

What is the best way to deal with this situation? We are planning to go to Canada by bus and is it ok to travel in the same bus?

Please give me my options to deal with this situation

I am in the same boat and desperately need your help.your guidence will help me a lot. would appreciate if u help.My wife(canandian PR) is also plaining to apply for visit visa to US from toronto.How should i plan this.

1-what are the chances for here to get visit visa?
2- How should i plan this.
