Hi All, my RD for I485 is 10/05. Got an RFE asking for last 2 years tax returns, W2, 1099, employment letter(needing hire date, remuneration, prospect of continued employment and duties) and last 3 months pay stubs. I changed job after 6 months of filing for I485. I'm in Michigan with the new job which comes under Nebraska service centre whereas my old job was under Vermont Service centre. Now, my current salary is quite less than the one that was mentioned in Labor. My lawyer is saying it's upto the office processing this case to approve or reject my I485. Has there been anyone with the same situation who has gotten approved/rejected. Please reply. Also please reply with your suggestions.
