Help need with IA received

Hi Gurus,

I have received an IA abt 2 months back from NY Consulate requesting for FBI/Police certificates, medicals, bank statement and landing fee within a 90 day period.

I have sent the finger print card to FBI and its been close to 8-10 weeks and no response as yet.I tried calling them and they always say its still in process and I may get the finger print record results in July and by that time my 90 day period response time will be over.

Can I just send the bank statement, permanent residence fee ,medicals now and later send the finger print records when I receive it from FBI in July. Also, what is the exact fee for right of permanent residents now as they changed it now.

Could anyone please share your experiences as this would be a right approach as my the deadline for responding within the 90 day period is approaching end of this week.

Any inputs/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

you can send whatever documents you have to the CIC. Just attach a letter stating that FBI is taking long. I got my FBI in 10 weeks. My wifes took 14 weeks. I sent all docs and a letter stating the same. As soon as I received her FBI, I sent it.
Right of permanent residence fee is: US $445.

I think the amt in the link is in CAD (Canadian dollars). My lawyer told me that the new fee is $445 USD. I just sent it a couple of days ago......

Hi Thomas,

Could you give me a very rough estimate of the amount(US$) we need to show as proof of funds, as you have already sent his info to CIC

I was planning to show around US $13K as i'm single..Pls let me know whether this amount will be sufficient.
