We have a family saint visiting Canada from India. My mother is suffering from cancer and he is there to pray for her. I want him to visit USA for a week or so and participate in prayers that I have organized for my mom. Since he is already in Canada, what are the chances of his getting a USA visitor visa in Montreal, Canada? He is going back on April 14th to India. Any help is deeply appreciated.
