Hi, I applied for labor in Sep 2004 and got it approved this Mar 2007. I've to apply for I-140 now. However, my priority date is set as Jan 2005 instead of Sep 2004. My atty has tried to get this corrected but no response from INS. My atty said that since my labor is approved now, the date may not be corrected at all. I am very much concerned that I'll loose 4 months and more importantly the priority date is moved from 2004 to 2005. I applied in EB2-RIR category for green card. Any advice on what to do is greatly appreciated.
