Help need regarding HRSDC office

Hi,
I'm planning to apply for SIN in toronto area.I will be landing and returning to US in 4 days.
Can I apply for SIN card in Toronto North Service Canada Centre
3737 Chesswood Drive , Toronto, Ontario , M3J 2P6
HRSDC office.

Because in their website(http://www.sdc.gc.ca/cgi-bin/hr-display.cgi?rc=3268&ln=e) it says that ,

Service Area: Downsview, North York, Toronto North, Willowdale
The following postal codes are serviced by this office M2H, M2J, M2K, M2M, M2N, M2R, M3H, M3J, M3K, M3L, M3M, M3N, M3W, M9L , M9M

So what does that mean?This HRSDC office is close to the place where I'm going to stay.

Can u help me on this?

I will be landing in pearson airport.
Or should I go to the HRSDC offices that has service area : Toronto?
I'll be travelling in a immigrant visa.Some offices specifically says SIN for non-immigrants only.

So can somebody suggest me a HRSDC office for applying for SIN (travelling in immigrant visa),for toronto area?

We have landed in Toronto on the evening of Aug 3rd. We arrived here at 09:25PM. We went to Immigration office (it is on the way out), and completed the paper work in 25 minutes or so. My photo and my daughter's photos are not exactlty correct, so they took new pictures for both us.

We have filled the custom form in the flight. As we bring less than $10,000.00 CAD dollars, it took only two minutes at the customs. As we are not moving to Canada at this time, we filled two B4 forms. On one form we put the things we brought with this (just 5 entries-> Cashier check, clothers, jewelry(rings & chains) and camera), in the other form I have entered things for the future (furniture, sofas, electronics, Cars with VIN numbers) but the officer told us that, they need more info such as TV make/model, how many sofas/tables....etc. So she gave us custom office details and suggested that to conact that office just before moving here, so that they can record all the details.

we went to "700 Lawrence Avenue, Toronto, ON M6B 4L4 from the "http://www.ustax.ca/pdf/SIN.pdf", it is inside the Lawrence mall. This is the closest office from our hotel. This office number is 416-780-4100

We gave our friends address for both PR and SIN cards.

We are coming back to USA on Monday evening.
