Help need on H4 extension …Anitha

Applying H4 extension using form I-539(extension of stay) with $ 195 fee for spouse and Child.

Is I need to add an additional fee $195 to Child aslo. Please advice and let me know.

As per my Knowledge, you need not pay additional fee for the child. One fee covers all the dependents.

Hi Anitha,

All children included in Supplement1 of I-539 do not have to pay any additional fee. The fee of $195 is towards the processing of the form in total, including all dependent beneficiaries listed in it.

The Receipt for the same will also be one. However, the Approvals will be separate for spouse and children.
