Help!!! Need Info . I-140 & I-485 Denied

Hello,

My I-140 has been denied and also I-485, I-131 & I-765 have been invalidated along with it. I just received the online emails, so not sure what the reason can be.

I have another Labor Certified(beneficiary - myself) from a prospective employer who is willing to hire me. Can I file I-140 and I-485 thru this employer now and stay legal?

FYI - My H-1 expired few months ago and i have been working on EAD.

Sorry to Hear that your case is denied.
Do you know the reasons why its denied.
Speak to your attroney and ask him to file a review petition ASAP.
I guess you can buy some time . Meanwhile you can think of all
options that are available to you.

Be Optimistic. Things can turn in your favour also ..

Try to file an appeal and stay Legal..WIth the denial then proceed with the new company..

If you tell your attorney to file a motion to reopen and they would ..
you will stand a chance with the same;
 
Yes, I think you can file from other employer also but I think you should file MOTR for your current case too.
Just my 2cents.
