My husband (K) filed divorce on 9/2003
My husband (K) and I both still live together and have join assets, accounts...
We filed I-751 jointly 11/2003
I-751 got approved very soon without interview
Our divorce ends 3/2004 by law.
My husband (K) married to another woman (J) in 6/2004
My husband (K) filed divorce with woman (J) in 10/2004
My husband's (K's) marriage with woman (J) ends in 11/2005 by law.
I filed N-400 citizenship in 2007
I went to finger print without any problem
My N-400 citizenship application got denied during citizenship interview. The officer challenged me that my I-751 in year 2003 should not be filed jointly since we already filed divorce. However, we were still trying to work out our marriage and we both live together. I didn't know that I need to file I-751 waiver after divorce.

Now, my GC will expire in 2011. I need to either file citizenship or renew my GC. Will I face the problem again about the I-751 I file jointly with my husband (K) in year 2003?
