GC2003filer

Hi everyone,
Just came to know about this great forum. now i'm part of this. I'm one of the 2003 filer affected by retrogression! I'm planning to submit I-131(AP) by myself(until then my Attorney was doing it), i have doubt in sending to which address. My 485 is pending at Texas. my question is,
1. Do i need to submit to Chicago mail center or Texas USCIS office
2. Can i issue personal check
I hope some experts will give me an idea.
