Hi all,
I got a RFE for 485 and I will be laid off in 2 weeks, but the company lawyer refused to give me a copy,he only told me to have my paystub, tax return ready and he said he also needs something from the company.so I guess it 's employment verification letter. My question is : has anybody received similary RFE? I want to know if it is the EVL that they ask. If anybody can give me a template for EVL that will be great.

Here it is ..Good luck

Here's what I used. As you can see, in my case it was the same job, as I joined the client. It could be different for you, but someone could face a similar situation. Good luck with the switch.
