I am married with a USC I been married for about 3 years and i already got my conditional greencard and will be expired this august and have to file for removal of conditional by may . My Problem is just like this Myself and my husband got separated, just a week ago and we are not divorce yet. we did not file any. Do i get deported when my green card expired? what should i do . Can i renew my removal of conditoinal by myself or i need my ex-husband to help with me.

Is the relationship that bad that you cannot stay married until conditions are removed? That would be the route I would take. There is a reason for a conditional GC, to make sure your marriage is valid. And to the USCIS the length is a presumption of validity. It is possible to file for removal on your own, but I don't think it would be easy... But I have not read up on this subject in depth so mabye someone else can comment more.

well we are still married but diffrent house. No one file a divorce. maybe things will be back to normal i hope. Coz i dont believe in divorce. we just separated last few weeks and i have to file my removal of conditional by may.

if there's not much bitterness in the separation, I think you can talk to your hubby about the removal application and how important it is. If he's a decent guy, he will help you to file it.
