My mother-in-law was granted B-1 visa. Her given 
name in the passport is printed as surname in the visa. Also her given name in visa is incorrect (it is printed as "FNU").
Please advise - if this is okay - or we have to reappear in the consulate for correction. For correction what is the procedure ?
