We moved in September and INS sent a letter to me during begining of October. I did not know anything about this letter, until I called INS today and the recorded message said the letter was returned by postoffice. It did not say anything about the contents of the letter. Has anyone had such experience. Do you know what this letter could be??. RFE or something else???
