HELP - Missing Pay Stubs for I485 - Query.

Hi Guys,
My case as follows

EB2
I140/I485 Applied 11/04/2003
EAD Approved Mar/11/2004
I140 Approved Oct/2004
Finger Prints completed Oct/2004
Query on I485 Jan/12/2005

Query Details:
2 Years Pay Stubs
2 Years W2
2 Years Tax...
Current Employer Letter
Affidavit of Support for my Wife

Submitted the above documents on March/18/2005

I submited every thing but 2 Paystubs missing in June 2003. Is that going to be a big problem? Is any one facing this kind of issue? Please help me to understand how these queries will process?

2 years pay stubs ? sounds strange... I do not keep them that long...
 
Do they ask pay stubs for processing 485 application ? I thought that was for 140 only. Regarding 2yrs paystubs, is'nt 2yrs W2 form equal paystubs. I am guessing may be you meant to say last 2 paystubs.....?
 
I think though they ask for so many pay stubs, just submit the latest few (which ever is available, min of 2-4), they should be happy.
 
Sounds stange..

Normally they will ask for latest pay stubs, and last two years of w2/tax returns.

Not sure why they need it, unless they have some kind of doubt on employers ability to pay.
 
Yes guys,

The RFE for 2 years pay stubs, 2 years W2 and 2 Years tax returns. Luckely i saved every thing except 2-3 missing in 2003 June and July. My lawer said if i have 1 year full if missing 1 or 2 in previous year is not a big deal.

I am still worring about that missing paystubs. :confused:

btw, you can always request a copy from your payroll ... they will give you something pretty equivalent to your paystubs (sometimes)
 
No one expects to have all their life paystubs to have with them.

total of the epay Let say
pay 1 == 3000
pay 2 == 6000
pay3 missing
pay4 ==12000

Does not matter if you miss some things. also tell them you are not finding it and missed.

They will understand.

No need to worry. Your lawyer is correct and the missing 2 paystubs will not be an issue atall as you are providing most of the paystubs plus the W2.
