help, message says " a written notice send on 07/13" .

What could it be for. No FP done yet. NIW, RD 07/99, ND 08/99. Anyone with this experience. Please post so that i can sleep in peace till i my attorney gets the notice.

If you have not received the FP notice may be this is it. Generally the message does not change when it is sent. In your case the system is probably working as it should.
