I transferred my H1 from company A to Company B , still i didn't get my approval notice and I have I-94 and other forms which are representing Company A , and also i have Company B Pay stubs. now i am leaving to india what is best course of action before moving to india in case if i want to come back ?
2) What is the fee for H1 Transfer , under new regulations ? and How much time it will take for transfer H1 ?
