friends i know this is not the right forum.But i am sure i might get the answer here.Wwhen the spouse\'s H4 gets extended, does the approval notice has a I94 attached in the bottom indicating the new dates or does it just have the extension mentioned on the top.

If your spouse has never been out of status, the H-4 approval will have the new I-94 attached to it.

If there are out-of-status issues, the INS will likely mail only the H-4 approval notice, with no I-94 attached. The INS will want you to go outside the US, get a new visa stamp and come in with a new I-94 issued at the POE (Point of Entry).
