I have decided to write in this forum, because I believe of your experience.
Im a beneficiary and applied for my children over 21 since 2003. Im a US Citizen, but backlog is overhelming!
I have moved and address changed. Im sending to NVC a notice of my new address.
Beneficiary (one of my children) address changed too, and probably in 6 months time, she may move again to another address. My question here, I understand, that I have to inform to NVC my address change, but what about beneficiary, who going to move so many times while or PD in 2003? Do I need to inform NVC of every move, changing addresses all the time for my children too? I dont want to confuse the situation.
Or, maybe if you can explain the situation how and who recieve the first package, or notice, when process starts eventually. Are they ask to confirme of a new address for beneficiary? Thanks!

The first package from NVC goes to both the beneficiary (applicant who is overseas) and petitioner in USA. These go out to their respective addresses on record. The beneficiary's package contains form DS3032 (Choice of address and agent) form. Petitioner's package contains copy of the same DS3032 form and fee bill for I864 (affidavit of support) review.
