I received interview date for my citizenship from INS. Once I get interviewed, can I travel outside USA? If no, should I re-schedule my interview, is it OK?

Unless US citizenship is not really important to you (i.e. you are not going to petition for your family or your passport is in no danger of expiration) DO NOT reschedule ANY INS appointments. Beware it will almost 100% certain that this rescheduling will put you back many, many months. Trust me, it's not as easy or simple as it seems. Do whaever you can to make the appointment. And yes, you can travel after the interview, as long as it's not for a long period of time and you are positive you will not miss your oath appointment (which can come on a very short notice)
Good luck
