This is for one of my Friend. Please advise
Here is my problem:
I applied for GC in February 1999 and got Labour and
140 with in 6 months. And also I applied for I485 in
October 1999 with Texas INS. I got my EAD in November
1999 and Finger prints done on Feb 2nd , 2000.
Last week when I called Texas INS they said they sent
my papers to Memphis, TN INS office where I applied my
greencard. When I spoke to my attorney he said that in
Memphis its taking nowhere from 900 to 1000 days and
he suggested me to start from beginning again. I don\'t
know what to do.
I need to contact you and talk about my case in
detail. Please let me know what I have to do for this.
