I came here on student visa,f1 visa and i met my husband through craigslist ,i married him after 2 weeks and decided to go to india for big wedding,For that i have submitted adjustment of status and it still in process,I finished my finger printing as well and now i am in worst situation that my husbadn want to leave me,divorce me,and i dont want to do that coz i still love him..i want to know that if i get divorce what will happen?
What if i marry other US citizen,can i be able to file AOS again?
Please help....please

:confused:sorry you need to see a lawyer, and secondly you are not telling the whole truth.if you still love him you will not be bring up he ideal that, if you marry another USC will you still be able to fill for AOS.
 
i really love him and he is still on nerve pills ...he thinks that he made a big moistake by marrying me and he has already got kid from his ex .He says me that i want divorce and he abuse and hurts me at night time....I feel hurted and still i want him but i dont think so there is any chance...

If he hurts you, you better report it to authorities, as realcool said you need to approach a lawyer in this case.
 
Man, this is really an awful situation. Go ahead and divorce him, then move to the next one. I guess live and learn from what you've done and don't make the same mistake again. I don't want to judge/assume about the marriage thing.
 
That's what happens when you marry somebody you met on Craigslist after just two weeks of knowing them. Get the marriage annulled so it looks cleaner than a divorce, and forget about the green card with this guy.

So your priority is to get a green card? No wonder you married some random guy so quickly.
