Hi! TS1978... a lot of people here in immigrationportal's encounter the same problem as yours... have you checked the other topic like helping the spouses of green card holders or LPRs? well, unfortunately... your wife (same like me) have to wait for the visa availability... and hopefully... the new bill will get through.... that spouses of GC or LPRs should also be with their spouses like USCs because you guys are paying taxes like the rest and you came there legally... imagine, the guys who got their visas under employment base can bring their spouses with no hassles...
