I heard from my employer that some of september 2003 case for I-140 got approved recently. I dont know whether its true or not. Can anyone help me and find whether that is true or not. Because i applied my I-140 on september 2003 in vermont center. So please can anyone help me knowing this.

Do you have the receipt number?

If you have the reciept number (looks like EAC03xxxxxxxx), you can find the status of your application at uscis.gov. Here is the link:
https://egov.immigration.gov/graphics/cris/jsps/caseStat.jsp

You can get the RN from your employer/lawyer.

they are updated till 10 feb when i checked...

Thats true satya, mine ND is sep 26 2003, i keep scanning fe cases for my date and dates around this and yes few cases are being approved, though i am not that lucky.
