I am an Indian citizen and a doctor. Recently one American citizen promised me to help enter the USA. What are the options available for him to take me there?

your advice was helpful!! Infact, he may turn out to be my father-in-law. His daughter is still studying and has one more year to go. He said he would genuinely help me reach the US in the mean time!! Thanks again for the reply!!
 
Can't you migrate to the USA if you want to open a pizza shop? I know a lot of Greek people who have done that. Is that possible?
 
Hi Joe, thanks for responding. $1 million is some serious bread.

Would it be possible to migrate to America on a business visa? That way you can start a business for $50,000 or so. Isn't that a possiblity?
