FP done: 05/20/2003
AD: waiting
Two years back i applied for EAD & AP along with my I485 and never used it. I am still on H1B. This is the fith year and its valid till 05/30/2004. My office people applied for H1B extension on Jan 21st 2004. We never received receipt. couple of weeks back
i called our lawyer and asked about it. she told me that now a days its taking time for receipt also. after that i called her couple of time and she never respond back.
i called INS and they told me that normaly i should get receipt withing 2 weeks.
Any idea how much time it takes to get the receipt...?
