I will be done with my project next month end(nov). I will be paid on bench for one month which is until december end.
My RD: 01/15/02
ND: 01/16/02
FP : 04/19/02
EAD: 05/01/02
AP : 04/13/02
WAC-02-089-XXXXX

I don't know when can i expect my approval but, I am worried only if they ask for my recent pay stubs after december how can i manage, any idias/advises?My employer is too good, He won't pay after december but he supports providing employement letter etc.........

Get a job!

I know its easier said than done. But its your only way if they issue an RFE. If they dont issue RFE enjoy.

Another way of dealing with the situation is that wait till your last pay check and if still not approved inform INS. This will surely delay the approval but will fetch you more time to find a job.
Talk to your lawyer for proper advice.

If your employer is co-operative

try persuading them to put you on Leave of absence. Defer collecting the final months pay

But again, you need not worry too much about this. INS will need 3 or 6 "most recent" paystubs and that too only if you get an RFE. So instead of worrying about this, a better idea would be to concentrate on getting another job
