Guys,
The advertisement for my RIR said BACHELOR IN COMPUTER SCIENCE or equivalent. I am an MBA with major in IT and has one year of experience prior to joining my company. Now the NJ labor department has asked me to prove how come my degree is equivalent. Can the gurus suggest what should i do. My lawyer screwed it up. Should i go ahead and send my information and will it affect my I140. I know during I140 an RFE might come for this. Did any body have the same situation.
