Help me on H4 Stamping

Hi Friends,

My H1(6 year limit) is going to expire on oct'03.I filed for 7th Year Ext thro Perm Processing based on LC Pending.I'm waiting for that Ext Approval Notice.Meanwhile my family is in india.She needs to get H4 Stamping.

My Question is,

1.If she goes for stamping next month with my current h1 Approval notice(expiring on oct'03) is there any possiblility for rejection, becasue of only 2 months validity of H1B.
2. is there any rule H1B validity must be atleast SIX months before expiry date at the time of applying visa stamping?
3.if 2 is true Can i wait for my ext approval and apply for stamping?

Please let me know your thoughts.

Your family could be refused H4 since your H1B i svalid only for 2 months .

It is safer to get them a visa once your extension comes
