I am new to this forum. I recently did my BIO code 2 on Aug 10 and my LUD was updated on Aug 11, and on Aug 12. However, the message did not change. It is still that of when I sent back RFI reading:

On August 4, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

I was wondering, is this closer to reaching the dream land? Or is there something else BCIS will want? Thank you for all your reply.

Man!!!!!!!!! please Realax be happy and dance, plus wait for your G.C before december or pretty soon it just a notice of action in the ins systeme or just a message to let you know that they got it on time every body get that and wait . you are done body you got it undefinedas long as you do not have any trouble with de us law or local law you are ok .
