My employer had two approved lcs. I am looking for substitution of one of these.
First one is EB3 priority date January 19, 2003 and second one is EB2 November 2003.
Please help me in choosing one of these
If I take first one, after 140 I can apply for labor in perm eb2 and 140 again and keep the priority date of January 19, 2003. Please tell me is this process really works out?
Please tell me out of two labors which one is best
