I am a derivative asylum , my wife is the petitioner apply for me, she is granted asylum and apply for me
for derivative asylum from my original country , I arrival USA on June 25, 2009 as the granted derivateive
asylum from my original country, Now ALMOST pass one year, it is the time file I-485,
But when I read the Form I-485 ,here have some questions :
1, What is the exactly time to do the medical report( I-693 form)?
Is that I must do the medical examination date after exactly one year( after june 25, 2010) or I can do
the medical exam date before the exactly oneyear period(June,25 2010) some a little bit early time,(like
one or two week before the one year period)?
2, On the I-485 form, one the PART3 ,ON the section" Nonimmigrant visa number",what should I write?
because when I arrive USA, I just been stamp the "granted asylum" on passport and I-94 by the aiport
USCIS officer,I do not get any issud nonimmigrant visa on the USA consulate in my original country, the
consulate offical just interview me by I-730 case and tell me they approve my devirate asylum and then
just give me one whole package and a transportation letter from the consulate,SO , I do not any have
visa on my passport, what should I write on this section on Form I-485?
Please help me , help me, please!
