Hi There,

I started my gc process in year oct, 2000, that time I was working for the sponsor company, In year oct- 2001 I got laid off and sponsor company stop paying me but i was still a company employee on paper.But in the mean time i got my labor cleared and sponsor company filled for 140 .It got approved in April 2002 , I filled my 485 in june 2002 , as i have good relation with my sponsor company they completed all the paper work employment letter and all those stuff, there was no case of revocation.After 180 days I got a job through another company and I used my EAD.So anybody just please tell me what are the chances of getting GC.If it is a fit case for AC 21 or not.

Well Prabhu,

As long as you have a job and probably similar to the requirements that were specified during filing for Labor Clearance you should not have problem to go through the process. I think you can use AC21 in case you do get RFE from INS. Under such circumstance please consult a good lawyer like Sheela Murthy who is good in handling such cases. Try to retain your current job till you get you GC.

You case is very simple and probably you should not have any problem in getting GC.
