I am applying for my I-130.
I got married on August 24th, and obtained the marriage certificate on the 25th August.
What date should I put for the date of marriage ?
I have a question about marriage certificate.. I wanted to know if the registered marriage certificate issued from the local court would be sufficient evidence for spouse GC processing. Actually my 485 is in process and i wanted to safeguard my wife's GC hence wanted to do a paper marriage.. I have read in this forum that some people do court marriage which takes time (1 month)..
have people done registred marriage... and is this document accepted as a proof for AOS or follw to join...
