I have a situtation where my LC was approved and I40 was denied. Can I apply for the adjustment of the status through section 245. I have filed for second LC petition and my visa expries in another 7 months.
I was told if i have my LC approved before april 30,2001, i can apply for the adjustment of the status through section 245. Is that true?
