My application was sent out at the end of Nov. and I was told that Receipt letter got on Dec. 11. I never questions my lawyer where he sent. When I got the copy of receipt letter yesterday and found that my case was in TSC and it would take around 28-40 weeks. I am totally freak out. NSC is much faster than TSC on I-140 process. My lawyer is out for vacation this week. What I could think about is that my lawyer call TSC and ask them to transfer the case to NSC. Any expert, please let me know what I or my lawyer could do to make up the mistake.
