Hi everybody!
I have H1B status (but no visa stamp in pasport).I want to land in canada soon and I want to return back to US the same day or next day.Does anybody have some experience?Is H1B status and I-94 enough to come back to US?
I have I-485 applied.I got AP.Will my landed immigrant status effect to my US GC process and could be any problems on US border when I\'ll return back to US?Should I use my AP or using H1B status and I-94 (if that is enough) is more safely?
If anybody has some experience plz help!
