Hello KD,
I was reading some past posts by you in which u told that u had to fax some medical documents for the prescription medication ur wife takes while her medical check up in india.

Well my question is , i also take some medications on regular basis and i was diagnosed it long time back and dont have contact no of that doctor as i have moved from that place. Can u Elaborate what kind of documents they require and if i can contact my current physician and get the paper work.

One more question:Do u have to tell the doctors in india about the regular medication u take or can just skip that info. Will it be any problem????
I have some more questions which i am compiling and will post later for ur response.

I guess you would want to. If you are adminitered some shots, and if they do not go well with your medicaitons, it might be a problem.

I would strongly recommend informing the doctors in india regarding your medication since last thing you want is to refrain from informing them (which is lying) and then get some rash develops or anything worse happens from the vaccines you would get and then they find out which can have adverse effect on your medical report as well as your cp interview. I urge you to tell them the WHOLE TRUTH and nothing but the truth.

Yes your current doctor should have access to all your previous medical information provided you have disclosed it to your current doctor. IF not then ask doctor to give you a disclosure form, sign it and the doctor should be able to pull up or request the previous doctor to provide necessary records. Or even better if you are currently having this medicine, then i am guessing even your current doctor can prescribe it which along with any lab test (if any) you may have done..carry them and you should be fine. The doctors in india just want to make sure that you are getting the right medical advice for the medical condition you have for which you are on medication. You should be fine if you carry the medical papers. That's what i did for my wife and even for myself since i had undergone a surgery although i was not on any ongoing medication.
