HELP:Just Called IIO to check on FP quality(done on 10/30)

It was lady IIO
Me: i want to know about my FP quality
IIO: I have no way to know this( did not even ask me my WAC # or A#)
Me: Could you at least tell if my FP has been received by INS?
IIO: Pls give me ur WAC #
Me: WAC-01-233-x
IIO: it says that FP received
Me: is any mention of FP quality
IIO: it just says FP received. There is no way to FP quality
Me: Ok fine thanks
IIO: thanks

My question:
Is this correct?
How come she did not know the FP quality?
 
First IIO I had talked to after FP had given a similar reply and had asked only for WAC#

but few days later I talked to another IIO and she asked for A# and checked for FP quality.

For me, first IIO was like 6-7 business days after FP while second one was after 20-25 calendar days - try caling up again in few days, hopefully you\'ll get better IIO.
